Black Terrorist Down Removed

For those who might wonder why the Men of War Modification: Black Terrorist Down v1.0 is removed.
, its because of copyright infringement.

The mod had files from the game called ArmA II, and after an official post by the Community/Public Relations Manager from Bohemia Interactive Studio ( The Developer of Arma II), the mod had to be removed.

"We have a problem with this, content from our games can only be used within our own games, please remove all downloads and do not use any of our content in mods for other games. If you or anyone else has questions about this please feel free to Email me: Placebo@bistudio.com"

yep, everything is clear though it's a pity you had to remove it. these problems with copyright infringement really bash my ear!!!

In my site search engine on rapidshare I always get such abuses, though never break the law

It was a very good mod. Too bad some people on the eastern community rips models from other games, without adding credits and requesting permission too use them.

Its at least much better too ask, and it'll also show that you're respecting copyright laws.
Uploading mods that like this, that hasn't permission to use files from other projects, will just harm everyone in the community, and make future cooperations with the other project impossible.

Very sad...
